TALKmoreCORNWALL CIC Successfully Wins Funding from Bolingey Barbarians
In January 2022 we applied for project funding from the Bolingey Barbarians for Makaton story and singing activities and for Makaton Signing for Babies and Families workshops across Cornwall.
We are thrilled to announce that our bid was successful and we can’t wait to get started on these exciting projects.
Update
In September 2022 we were able to launch two new Makaton Choirs, one in Bodmin and one in St Austell for families and children to learn Makaton in a fun environment. In October 2022 we were able to launch a Makaton Choir in Penzance. All choirs were fully subsidised by the funding we received from the Bolingey Barbarians.
We were also able to support 9 families by hosting a Makaton Signing for Babies and Families workshop.
