Makaton choirs have been hailed as a catalyst for embracing inclusivity. Makaton choirs bring together individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those with and without disabilities, fostering a sense of belonging and empowerment. The choirs exemplify the power of unity, highlighting the fact that music has no boundaries.
We are an inclusive choir made up of friends, family members, teachers, mums, dads, carers, grandparents, children, professionals and support workers of Makaton users. No previous singing or Makaton experience needed. Open to everyone! You don’t even have to sing!

Dementia Carer’s Choir
Venue: Community Room, Tesco Extra, Pool TR15 3QJ
When: Wednesdays at 2pm
Cost: free
This is a brand new choir to support those with Dementia and their carers, through Makaton and singing.
